🛠️ Limited 3-Year Warranty
Fontana Forni USA (Tuscan Imports LLC) warrants that all Fontana outdoor kitchen components are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of delivery.
✅ Coverage Includes:
- Structural integrity of galvannealed steel cabinetry modules.
- Powder-coated finish applied using the Qualicoat process (coverage against peeling, cracking, or significant fading under normal exposure).
- Stainless steel hardware and fasteners included with modular units.
- Mechanical components related to soft-close drawers or leveling systems (if applicable).
⚠️ This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
- Use in commercial or hospitality settings (unless specifically agreed upon in writing).
- Surface corrosion or discoloration due to standing water, pool chemicals, coastal salt exposure, or harsh cleaners.
- Natural weathering or cosmetic wear over time.
- Countertops (whether provided by Fontana or third-party fabricated).
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications not authorized by Fontana Forni USA.
🧼 Care & Maintenance Requirement
To maintain warranty coverage, customers are expected to:
- Routinely clean surfaces with mild soap and water.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or bleach-based cleaners.
- Keep kitchen components covered when not in use for extended periods (especially in high-exposure areas such as coastal or humid environments).
📝 Claims Process
If a defect arises during the warranty period:
- Notify Fontana Forni USA in writing at support@fontanaovens.com within 30 days of discovering the issue.
- Include proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and photographs of the affected area.
- Fontana may request an on-site inspection or ask that the product be returned for evaluation.
Approved claims will be addressed at Fontana's discretion by:
- Repairing the defective part
- Replacing the part or module

This limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Fontana’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected component. No other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
