Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. If your oven arrived damaged due to shipping or you discover a defect, we want to make it right. If this is the case with your order, please contact us immediately for return authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any items 30 days after the purchase date.
Customers returning non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight charges roundtrip. Please contact us for return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted nor will they be considered eligible for refund.
