Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. If your oven arrived damaged due to shipping or you discover a defect, we want to make it right.
If this is the case with your order, please contact us immediately for return authorization. It is imperative that you contact us within 5 business days upon receipt of the oven. Unfortunately, once this period of time has passed we will be unable to assist with damage due to delivery negligence. However, we will still gladly assist with any sort of manufacturer defects within the warranty period.
